This past Saturday, daddy day care coincided with our Babysitting co-op social gathering. Every other month we have a planned get together where the kids can all hang out and the parents can do some much needed socializing. This month it was a hike up to Twin Falls. It actually snowed the day before, so I, of course, was worried about the cold and wet and the strenuousness of the hike. I shouldn't have worried at all. Daddy says Max was a champ. One of the other moms even commented on how well he did. In the end he didn't want to leave. Only the enticement of hot chocolate talked him of the trail!
